Doctor: Good morning. What's bringing you in today? Patient: Hi, I have a cough for about a week and over the last three days. I am feeling more conscious and tired. Doctor: Is the cough dry or any bringing up question? Patient: Yeah, it's mostly breaking out yellow mucus especially in the morning. Doctor: Have you had any fever issues shortness from breath? Patient: I had fever around her death two nights ago, but I came down with this I do like I do not really have a shortness of breath unless I can't speak. Doctor: Any chest pain or weakness? Patient: No chest pain maybe a little swings late night, but it's was okay. Doctor: So have you noticed the sore throats running nose and pressure on the nose. Patient: My daughter was sore when it started now I am not sure.
