- Ondansetron 4 mg orally every 8 hours as needed for nausea.

8. Molecular Biomarker Testing (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, PD-L1) if indicated.

Recommended Imaging:
- PET-CT Scan
- MRI Brain with contrast (if clinically indicated)

Lifestyle Advice:
- Avoid smoking and alcohol.
- Maintain adequate hydration and nutrition.
- Report any worsening pain, shortness of breath, fever, or coughing up blood immediately.
